Technically he is right, the bushings should always be parallel with each other. It makes sense if you think about it, they are moving on two separate planes. But the difference in angle is pretty small, so it isn't likely to actually "bind", but will cause the bushings to wear out slightly faster than if they where parallel. It probably won't make a noticeable difference in the long run, but maybe its something to pay attention to in the future. I prefer to keep all my bushings parallel, just because I can.
