That rear suspension geometry is jacked. Couple suggestions. Build your rear suspension at ride height or half travel, not laid out. That way your pinion angle will be set at the proper height, and also with a parallel set up, your going to want your watts link or panhard level at half travel.
I generally keep lower links level with the ground at ride height. Uppers should angle down a degree or 2. towards the front. Those mounts look really hokey and thrown together and if you add those tabs on the top its gonna start getting sloppier imo. I agree with everything jeremy said about that mount and long tabs. Its really looking as a figure it out as you go kind of build, and with any full chassis build, I'd be spending a considerable amount of time at the drawing board before cutting any steel.
I'd look at going with a longer lower tab on the axle, which will help correct the angle a bit, without losing seat space. With a big rim you have lots of room to go with a long lower tab. Also it looks like your upper link bar is going to hit the axle tube laid out?
