I need a tetnus shot and some psychiatric counseling from looking at the old frame holy crap I am not even going to ask how can someone..... that right there is a hey I'll bag and body your ride while in the back of there head there like I am going to hurt this person with what I don't know how to do... Always a shame to see hacked up stuff like that. The new frame is sick even if it is a budget build it is still safe and clean plus strong good job on it and cant wait to see more progress of it as it comes together

Totally reworking the geometry...keeping the same length arms...changing mounting location. Setting it up with less than 5 degrees camber change, ride height 2-3 inches, wheel won't move in the wheel opening, and zero bump steer. I wouldnt mind scraping the arms and starting from scratch...but that's not in the time frame or budget. Got some things mocked up on the front suspension last night. Gonna mount the arms and get it under the body Tom hopefully.

I have no idea what the previous owner was thinking. I mean, parting with a gem like this after they put so much time & effort into it and then just letting it slip right through their fingers. :-)

I do have a question. Why are the link bars bent? To help with clearence or is it a pinion reason? I was just curious

The links are bent for clearance issues...we're trying to keep the rear floor as low as possible for a rear bench seat...

it had a reverse four link on it originally, guess it rode like shit after the dude finished it the first time, then decided to relocated 2 of the bars on the lower part of rear end. guy was so lazy must have just left the tabs on it.

The guy who built this truck is name Seth from Greenwell Spring Louisiana. (youve officially been put on blast lol)
