I love this build! I consider myself to be an average joe "buildin on a budget" and its cool to see other guys in the same boat! Great job! Plus we are in the same club and thats awesome too!

i dig it! just had a bad experience with "tru knock offs" and well my back wheel passed me... and was making a left at the light....... i had to hop out my big buick and run down my wheel........the adapter had worked its way off the lugs and stripped the studs it was a bad day.........
so yeah guess im just saying keep your wheels balanced and check your lugs from time to time...

Yeah I've heard alot of horror story's about them. It's not my truck though I'm just building it for a friend. I'll let him know though

Alright so i got a little bit more done on the truck tonight. i got the tank remounted and the lines to the bags are done. i realized i didn't have a pic of the front plates all installed so here ya go.

i also got the rear bag mounts all welded up

Can see i had to move the tank up and flip it around from where it was. it will still clear both the ground and the bed now. it was hitting the ground when laid out.

And here's the final picture of the night the lines ran to the bags. i hope to get the valves and compressor wired and mounted tomorrow.

So i can start to see the finish line on this thing. i got it all wired up and hitting switches today. got the gauges all hooked up now i just have to put the shocks on in the rear and get the bed bolted back on.

i drilled a couple holes in the floor and ran my air gauge and valve wiring through.

got the gauge bezel mounted

compressor mounted to the frame

Got the valve and compressor wiring done and mounted under the seat. sence the wire is so small on the switch box i decided to run a relay for each valve. that way i know the switch box won't burn up.

Picture of it aired up

And aired down

8 gauge wire ran from the battery for the compressor.

he dicided on the rockstar famous 3 switch box

And here's a picture of the back with all the wiring and air line.

The plan is to get some shocks and install them tomorrow and get the bed put back on. i already unbolted the wheel wells because i figured it's going to hit. he has another friend that's going to do all the sheetmetal work on it. the front inner fenders are going to be trimmed out and tub only for what's needed. same with the rear. i do have a question for you guys what are guys running for bed bolts when the carrage bolts that are stock on this strip out? i was thinking some kind of allen head bolt or something to hold the bed on. i had to grind a couple of them off to get the bed off. thanks for checking it out and following it. feel free to leave some feed back.
