I dont see how some of you can blame Mike for the Mag going to hell,my opinion it has only gotten worse since he left,so before all these comments start rolling in you need to step back and think about who You are talking about,one of the most respected guys in the scene,Mike Alexander is one of the coolest dudes I have ever delt with,so if you want the mag to get back up bring Mike back and let him do it his way. //NC\\Bama Steve

Personally, I think Mr. Mata is doing a kick-ass job!!!!! It is sure as hell not easy, and there is no way that he (or anyone else) is going to please everyone!!!! The new art direction is killer, the photography is great and so are the articles... I'm not sure what you guys want?

MAYBE... just MAYBE instead of bitching, you could offer suggestions of what YOU would like to see in the Mag that isn't already?

I agree with Matt, I think Mata is doing pretty good. I think people don't want to give him a chance. I would like to see a little more life in the features articles. Otherwise keep up the good work.

Build trucks that are magazine quality, go to shows and support, buy the dvd's, spread the scene to new people, and the magazine (and others) will thrive and maybe meet your expectations. I have read this magazine for over 20 years and no one editor was better than the other. They all have there own style and all demand respect for the job that pays peanuts compared to other publications on the shelf. If you have ideas on what you want to see hit John up on his email I know he would love you hear what you have to say! Also tech article are not what makes a magazine great but if that is what you want feel free to contribute some for the readers....

Steve and Roger how has it gotten worse, John is one person who just two months ago made some over haul changes to bring up the bar. Mike was a great guy who had to grow and better the mag which he did. John is in the same position and will make it different in due time. Give the new guy a chance I for one like the direction it is headed. If you do not like it provide solutions not this guy this that scene that comments.

In the end the editors and freelancers only can show what they are provided in shows and vehicles so if you want better gitter done and give them better quality and raise the bar.

End rant and cannot wait to see what is all in store with the new editor and all the challenges that he faces.

Spot on Matt, Brandon and Chris also said it the best. If anyone can do better submit your resume and get at it.

Not sure what all you haters are seeing but I personally think the last issue is one of the best! It was very well put together compared to the past!
