Yeah, I'm gonna have to look into that. I'd go cowl induction if I needed an inch or two, but I ain't cuttin up my hood for the sake of this engine. If that's the case, I'll sell it and buy a Gear Vendors and call it good..

found the link to the club with the london double decker that is chopped .
eeeh on the verge of being called a heiden : you might be able to get a bodylift kit then you get the space under the hood you need but you whon't be able to lay it out no more .
the cheapy way i heared about is using hockeypucks as rubbers

This thread has a pic of the engine bay of a mid 80s chevy with a 6V53. Not a lot of space, but certainly doable...

U deff. should do that swap...Im not really feelin the V6... i like the inline better...but your getting the it for nothing!
U have me ready to rip out my 6.2 for a inline Detroit!! They look so MEAN!
