I think the only inline 6 they made was a 671, but I could be wrong. For those who don't know, the model numbers are pretty easy to figure out:

453t = inline 4 cylinder, 53 cubic inches per cylinder. Turbo. 212 c.i. engine.

6v53n = 6 cylinder, “Vâ€

That is why blowers are called 4/71, 6/71,871 and I think there are 10 and 12's also. Denoting the original detroit engine size they came off of. The aftermarket just kept the same labeling for theirs based on the comparitive size. You would still need the manifold, carb plate, pulleys and drive to put it on any gas motor. And they use to have manifold bolts that where angled instead of straight up and down, and you couldn't find manifolds for those. I had and older one once I was going to try to put on my 460.

I don't mean to be a nay-sayer, but a 6-71 weighs in at 2100 lbs dry and is over 3 feet tall and 55 inches long. Thats without the fan and accessories, and you'll need space between the fan and the radiator. So, unless you're going to put it in the bed of your truck, you'll need to be doing some serious firewall mods. That's why most people use the inline 3 cylinders or 4 cylinders for conversions.

they have to be supercharged so they can get air in the cylinders since they don't have intake valves

i was looking at 453 2 valve...thought it was a 6?? But this is all new to me.
The 6.2 i just put in my truck was just to get me by...I have an other one that i was going to build to corect all the probs they have then swap it in when it was finished...but now im just going find a detroit w/turbo not to sure what one but i like the inline older 2 stroke.

Im all about a 60 Series Detroit, but in a pickup, go with a 4BT or a 6BT Cummins!
