My question is a 2 link strong enough to pull a 48+ foot wedge with 2 60's cadillacs and a tacoma on it?

yeah but i would run the bags on the axles and use a goose neck set up...
but no itt is not with the bags on the bars, or i atleast say it couldnt but prolly could but that would really stress the bags and bars but if you did a2 link with the bags over the axle you wouldnt have not problem cause that is how bill set up his dually 2 link with bags on axle and gooseneck hook up and his trailer was 48 feet long and he was body dropped also and drug that trailer all over te place ...

I called Bill and he said a Parallel 4 link with a wishbone is the best way to go if I'm gonna pull as much as I am.. So I guess that's the way I'm gonna go. Anyone ever bought one of SSD's Parallel 4 links? They look mighty beefy..

hell i have pulled bills trailer a few times with my 2-link and never had any probs with it...if i knew how to post pics on here i would or you can look it up on ssm....

sorry, its a 48ft inclosed that is 10,000 lbs empty! I have a slip where i weighed in with a load of 28,000 lbs...

LOL sure don't. I've removed many of them. Some were kits, some were done at "awsome shops in texas" and some where hacked crap that looks like it was done by a 5th grader.

2 links work, and get you from A to B, but for vehicles I build, and the customer wants to acutally use it as a truck, spend a few more bucks and a little more time and just do it right. That is my belief, and this is why about 2/3-3/4 of all the work I do is "fix it" jobs that came from other shops. I guess i shouldn't care since it makes me more $$$$$
