so you didn't sell everything, that's cool.
Hey chris check your pinion angle.

Just by chance is your driveshaft bottoming out in your transmission?

If this is directed towards me, Im not really sure. I know the SC'd Harleys came with the 2 piece driveshaft, so you think something is binding causing one side to be a lil higher?

very well could be a pinion angle issue

Well I disconnected where the panhard is attached at the frame, and it didnt change anything.. passenger side still sits a good few inches higher then the driver side thats really tucked hard.

I can shove my hand up between the very top of tire, and the beds wheel well, and theres plenty of room... rear end is clear of everything above it.. only thing i hear is a POP, which i'm guessing IS the driveshaft binding now.

Im so fed up.

You still having problems? I have never worked on a Ford before, cept a 2000 ford econoline van that got bagged, however you need to find out what your driveshaft angles were before you bagged it, and try and come within about 2 degrees of their stock angle.

Also I know with extended cab S10's with two shafts, sometimes you have to raise/shim your carrier bearing up a bit. This helps get everything closer to stock geometry.

Carrier bearing area...

Just stick something in below it, I like using 1x1 tubing and drill some holes and you're done.

Remember get the specs from Ford and try to get as close as possible. Change the front angle first-then adjust your rear. I'm not sure of your setup, so if you can't move your rear end at all, try to adjust your front for the best angles for both.
