You still having problems? I have never worked on a Ford before, cept a 2000 ford econoline van that got bagged, however you need to find out what your driveshaft angles were before you bagged it, and try and come within about 2 degrees of their stock angle.
Also I know with extended cab S10's with two shafts, sometimes you have to raise/shim your carrier bearing up a bit. This helps get everything closer to stock geometry.

Just stick something in below it, I like using 1x1 tubing and drill some holes and you're done.
Remember get the specs from Ford and try to get as close as possible. Change the front angle first-then adjust your rear. I'm not sure of your setup, so if you can't move your rear end at all, try to adjust your front for the best angles for both.
