Finally! Only took a month. Why so long you ask? I'll tell you...
Week 1: Sick as a dog and raining. Went to flip the rear knowing I had a leaking wheel cylinder. No biggie, thought I'd change it out while I was back there. Opened up the rear brakes only to discover that they were shot. Completely shot. $400 dollars later at around 1pm I had all the brake parts, but was so pissed off, cold, tired and still sick I said the hell with it. My Dad finished the brakes for me on Sunday. (What a nice guy. It was at his house.)
Week 2: Truck was back at my house in the garage. Tore the rear end apart and got it all flipped and situated only to discover they didn't give me any bottom plates for the flip. Piss.
Week 3: Bottom plates in my possession. Wrapped up the rear only to discover my sway bar bracket needed to be notched so that I could properly reinstall it. No biggie. Went to back the nuts off the u-bolts so I could drop the sway bar bracket only to find that I had blasted them on to tight with the impact and galled/stripped/obliterated them. SON OF A ... Easter weekend. everything is closed. Wait till Monday and call Western again.
Week 4: My Pops came over Saturday and busted out the front end while I finished up the back and notched it. Ended up finishing on Sunday afternoon. Drove it to work today. Sweet. I'm stoked.
On another note, here's my Pop's newest square. Picked it up to tow their 5th wheel with.
