Yeah, it won't be that way for very long. We are actually in a rental agreement with the option to buy. The house belongs to one of the retired owners of my company. We made him an offer on it, and if he bites, we're gonna go ahead and buy it.

I'm not real motivated to drop a bunch of money on a house I don't technically own yet.

Did your dad buy that truck from a guy down in Huntington Beach by chance? I was looking at one that was for sale online and that looks a lot like it. Come to think of it...it looks a lot like my old truck, too. It has the same mud flaps on it that my truck had too. Must have been sold at Cerritos Chevrolet originally.

Lookin good on both accounts. Makes me miss my truck that much more.
