look right beside the battery. i have a jack stand...
it doesn't have alot of weight on that corner where the batteries are at. i could have used those 2 tiny jackstands to hold up the front , but it made me weary about crawling underneath it.....lol so i threw those batts/jackstand and the wheels on the other side to make sure it wasn't going to go anywhere..... i also have 2 very big screw jacks holding the back up.


i have around 10 batteries laying around... i need to find out where to take them to get some..$$$ i need 4 tires and some paint..

if there the old type batteries theres lead in them so there worth something
if you cant get the front bench to fit over the hump you could try getting a set of blazer single seats and build a nice middle seat/consolle type thingie out of
plywood and seatfoam to go over the hump

that is a good idea about the bucket seats then making the center part, but id be all about making that bench fit.

I thought all you needed was 2" off the bottom to lay these duallies out. Looks like 4" is alot of work! Either way you do it. Nothing beats the bumper on the ground though- I am jealous.LOL Hoping to lay mine out next year- i was hoping to do the porterbuilt front, and not having to z the front...looks like I would still need to z it. crap.LOL

i had to cut a small amount of the metal on the bottom of my front seat to get it to fit...you should be able to get yours in there...

Any updates? I'm jonesing for a quick fix and some more pics. I just started tearing into my dually and I need inspiration......

yea sparky !! i know the weather been crap for the most part. but its bout to break. hope you ready to supply us pic junkies with some progress pics soon lol

haha thank you sir . hope the weather holds out for ya to get them notches started. were supposed to get a freaking heatwave this weekend ,well 60s tomorrow and high 70s sunday , BUT rain. blah haha anyway your friends truck is sweet man. whats under the hood ? looks clean. we can accept progress pics of that truck as well. id like to see the gauges installed and such . lol
