i was looking on graigslist the other day and found a guy that will come to your house, work, mcdonalds, etc...etc..where ever you are. and paint your vehicle for 150.00 ... [/quote]

I haven't forgotten about sending your valves to ya. I finally have them at the house laying in my tool box waiting to mail. I've just been so busy lately I haven't had time to go mail them to ya. I'm gunna try my best to get it done this week. Sorry for the delay man.

its all good bagged... im in no hurry....lol

i put the demon carb on (had to buy the adapter plate to make it fit). . . it runs really good. now the hood wont shut.....
got the transmission filled up.. it goes into gear. but it still dont have brakes. i need to bleed them.... lazy....

I need a 20 gal fuel cell... that homemade steel thing i have isnt going to cut it... i can find them for around 200 bux. but i have been spending all my money on 2 of these...

dohw , get you priorities right man brakes first sound later
he must be thinking it hurts less when he cant hear the train comming when the truck rolls down the hill towarths the traintracks

as for the demon carb , maibe if the carb is les then an inch too high you could send the intake off to the machinist and have him skim some of the the top where the carb sits , shouldn cost too mush to do it that way
if its the filter that jits the bonnet you might be able to get a bottom pan for that filter that drops over the carb a bit making the setup lower

more pics... not much to look at though... i need to get my ass to work before it gets to cold again...

pics of the demon 625 installed.. i have to say. the truck has never ran this good before.. it starts right up every time and idles great.. supposed to get better fuel mileage as well...( but i wouldnt know. i havent left the driveway yet)

so far, i really like this carb.. it cost me 350 bux.. it better be a good one...
the only thing i dont like is that i had to use an adapter plate... it raised it up so much, the hood wont shut all the way... no problem though. i need to buy a smaller air cleaner, and cut some of the sheet metal off the bottom of the hood...
