The screws on the rear fenders of mine were aggregating too....they have the smaller thread with nut on one side and bigger thread goin into fender....will i think all but 2 of mine came out on fender side....i unscrewed all of them, removed fender and then cut the bolts off bedside cause they were hella rusty and wouldnt break loose....then went to hardware store and found a big screw same size as threads goin into fender.....add a washer and your done

I've got a York 209 that's going on my 454 as soon as I get the frame done and the cab back on it. The bracket really isn't to bad to make. The guy I got my compressor from was my little bro's neighbor. He's into building off road trucks and rock crawlers and has one mounted on his jeep, and uses them regularly for air lockers and everything else on the trail. The 4wd crowd in general is the best place I've found to get any kind of knowledge on York setups. Anything from brackets to plumbing those guys know how to make a york run, and not only that ,but keep it running under some terrible conditions lol.

Sweet, thanks man! I just questioned that on the "airline" thread so disregard that one.

Just switched out all the pigtails on for the fender flares. They rigged something ghetto up and bolted it to the bed. Can we say ugly. So replaced them all with the pigtails from the new fenders. All lights are working except the 3rd brakelight and that may just be a bulb. Ran out of time for today. Next will be checking that and getting a license plate light so I can drive this sucker at night.

Also, cleaned up the engine bay some, added some new zip ties for now to keep all the wires off the valve covers and away from the headers. Looking better.

Still need to get these nasty fender bolts out!! That's going to take some work.

In addition, looking for some replacement lights and housing for the clearance markers on the fenders. Any suggestion?

tracked down 1 rear side clearance marker (amber one) now need to find a red one that doesn't have a $15 shipping and handling charge for an item that weighs 0.35 lbs.

Buying a drill in the next couple of days to get to work on those fenders so I can get them mounted.
