ive heard of 4 in blocks but i wouldnt go more than 3 in. and some peeps remove a leaf because it brings them a lil lower and i think your ok with your shocks if your bump stops are still there. it will be a lil bumpy tho. i think people get shocks from a rodeo or isuzu pup if they cut their bump stops and because you dont bottom out on them as easily. my last truck rode on the bumpstops and it was kinda fun lol

sweet sounds good to me. I'm going to leave my leaf springs alone... sounds sketchy taking them apart and I still want to use the bed for my bike.

If you plan on lowering the rear of your truck more than 3-4 inches I would suggest getting some load carrying adjustable air shocks. I'm looking a getting a pair myself because I do haul some cargo from time to time... I hauled a Honda goldwing in mine once (big mistake) and I'm surprised I didn't snap my axles... Learn from my mistakes.

good to know... where do I get them? ill probably be hauling a few different types of bikes around from time to time (sometimes if someone breaks down and need to get the bike fixed after hours we go and pick them up) for the shop I work at. I know it's a small truck with a 4 cylinder but should be able to carry 500lbs in the bed every once in a while right? Any info on the shocks you said would be awesome... Wana ride low and still be able to load a bike.

Sounds like you and fdugn should combine your powers and summon captain group buy! I'm sure there are a few lads who would like some adjustable airshocks

Good idea Jenko! And John the trucks are rated for at least that much I would think... The goldwing I hauled was full of everything and I had a bunch of parts in the bed when I hauled it. I think the total wight was close to 850 to 1000 pounds. I only had problems because I'm sitting on four inch blocks and my springs are old and de-arched considerably. I plan on mono leafing mine and doing an in frame notch above the axles for more suspension travel... I'll try and look into those shocks

let me know what you find out bud, would definitely be interested in something like that... until i get air ride and don't have to worry about it anymore lol im only going with 3 inch blocks so hopefully that wont be to much. found a nice set of nissan rims i hope fit... not sure how theyd look but i think 17s would be a good size for now.

Lol I know it sounds difficult but in fact it is all really easy... The minitruck community is tight for the most part! You said you are located in phoenix? Let me see what my truck club has for a chapter there and I will refer you to some of the boys out there they will be more than happy to help you out!

Not trying to thread jack but are there any Minitruck clubs in northern Colorado? Thanks in advance
