there is some firewall / tunnel modifications needed to fit in a chevy engine and automatic transmission. not too sure about the manual transmission. I have/had a swap manual here from ultimate customs 350 swap kit BUT it has sence gone missing. I will try and dig it up.

Ok so did anyone put a 350 in there truck yet? I have one sitting in the garage with motor mounts waiting to go in. I just need to know what all I need to do it.

I can't find my kit or instructions anywhere !! the EX moved / hid / tossed them I guess. ANd we don't speak. It may pop up here somewhere yet.

i have a 350 v8 in mine no firewall mods or tranny tunnel mods, the stock mazda tranny crossmember will hold the new tranny just gotta oblong the bolt hole on the cross member a bit,, i hand made my motor mounts so yea,lol you will need an electric fan though i put mine inside the grill on the rad .. mines an auto th400 and i run the stock master cyl. my driveshaft is custom made, and the rear end is from a 88 s10,, any other q's feel free to ask

yes it is an 8.8 with discs and posi in most cases, and it is wider than a ranger axle and has different mounting pads so it will work if you shorten it.
