I would have bought it as soon as I saw it, but these trucks are rare in my neck o the woods.

being on a used car lot it prolly was repo'ed or police auctioned or something like that.

Dan,I was on Autotrader looking at western mazdas...get on there,and in BC, check out a sweet little grey std cab that looks completely stock,but it's dropped on some 3 spoke AR rims,and it has like 230k and they're asking $3900 for it. Prices for the Mazdas out there are insane!

dang dude,I would totally drive 17 hours just for the bed and wheels from that truck. That bed would save me so much bodywork.

I know, I know, the prices that you pay for crappy autos is nuts out here.
I went to Grande prairie AB to buy the one I have now and I gave the guy 2600.00 If ya seen it when I got it you'd say I was nuts !

I paid $1800 for my truck with 128k on it,some minor surface scabs on one door,a couple holes in the bed floor and rear wheel wells,but overall,it was in pretty good shape for it's age and milage and I think I got a decent deal on it.

Except $10 grand later,it's not all that much of a steal...

i'd get it... but thats just me... do what you wish... lol

They actually wanted $3500 for that truck the last time I looked into it. The guy @ Auto Magic thinks that for that price it's an awesome deal for some reason. They took that car in on trade in, and found out that there was spray foam holding the wiring together to the rear. They got a used harness (cab back) from the junk yard, and put it in. The box has holes cut into the front of it, so that it connects to the cab (for stereo? I have no clue). Over all, not a very nice unit, but could be used as parts. Good luck talking that guy down on the truck. My friend and I have been barking up that tree for over a year now, and the lowest we got from him was $3000.

I got my bone stock no rust 86 that ran perfect back in the day for like 1200 bones...
