its funny, yes, but we should not be laughing at it......what has happened is a tragedy to say the least and Bush has done as little as he possibly could to help.
No.. Bush has done as much as HE can to help.. he isn't allowed to do anything in a natrual disaster unless its voted threw by congress and passed by the house. THEN he can act.. and NONE of that can happen until the Goveners of the States apply for it.
