He also landed at the New Orleans Air Port that they were setting up for a temporary hospital and morgue and took a small tour of the city.. as much as they could without getting into danger.. because if anyone remembers there were some crazy mother fuckers SHOOTING at people helicopters and planes. What do you want him to do? Take out a mortgage on the white house? As for using government money and funds.. thats why the RED Cross and FEMA were set up.. FOR THIS REASON! Yes it is beyond a natural disaster.. but they can't pop 20 billion dollars out of their ass and hand it to these people. There has to be some kind of order, and there has to be some kind of budget cuts elsewhere.. so ask yourself.. where else can we take a budget cut? Should we just leave iraq all tore up and them pissed off so we can have more attacks by the terrorists? Because you know they are just going to multiply in numbers if we just leave now. Should we cut the Space Program? How bout government jobs.. i'm sure we can wait another 3 hours inline at the DMV because we had to make some budget cuts for hurricane katrina funds. So yes.. he has done everything he can do right now..

^^^^^^ YUP! There is a reason it was setup.. and it has been abused and taken advantage of since day one. People white and black multiplying to increase that check every month. The problem with the people on the bottom.. white and black.. they kick and scream because they don't have the same chances or opprotunities as the people on top.. and we give them more and more.. and they just ask for more and more. There is no stopping it. I will never understand why i have to work 40 + hours a week to pay for myself to live and go to school when the girls accross the hall way don't have to pay for anything.. and still complain constantly about everything being unfair.

same is tru about mexicans . They be damned if they are gona go back to mexico . They'll come here on a working visa and pop out a couple kids just so they automatically become us citizens . They also collect welfare /foodstamps ....Yet they are rollin around here in burbans with 22's And a system inthier shit . Yes it would have cost 200 million dollars to fix the levies THE FIRST TIME! But we have dumped over 3 times that much already into the "fixing the levies." They took a gamble cutting it off.. but they have been "fixing" it since 1996.. because i visited New Orleans in 1997 and they were "fixing" the levies then. They all drug their feet trying to keep a job instead of fixing the problem. THATS why it got cut.. because chances are if they kept up the program there.. they would still be broken.. people are just looking for a reason to point fingers at the government. And BUSH does NOT spend a billion dollars a day. The government.. just because he is the top guy.. you can't just point one finger. It was voted in by congress and approved by the house to go to war.. thats more than one person.. and its people that the US citizens voted for. And hey.. if the canadians would have been attacked instead.. this would be a totally different ball game now wouldn't it? Its easy to sit up there smoking your ciggaretts and driving your escallade on 22's, chastizing americans for their decisions and situations. Yes you would have done it differently.. but you weren't put in the position to make that decision. However when canadians want opprotunities just like other countries.. where do they go? Jim Carrey, Allanis Morsette.. etc.. I'm not saying you don't have opprotunities in your country.. but not NEARLY as many as there are here in the states. There are opprotunities in Iraq.. but hundreds of thousands move to the states for a chance. And as for the oil situation.. people think that if this hit a top 1% area or an oil field.. it would be handled differently.. WELL IT DID! Yes there are lots of poor black people.. but there were rich people who lived there too.. that is the only city i have ever seen a meclarin F1. And that is the ONLY city that can accept an oil super tanker in the United States. So if he was worried about the oil.. that would be one of the major places to be conserned.

But on a serious note.. please stop the name calling and derogatory comments to one another.. this is not solving the issue. What has been done has been done.. on both sides.. the disaster has already struck and the goverment have put their priorities else where (or whatever).. we are dealing with the here and now.

No Mark you need to watch what your sayin. You dont understand where we live. Theres alot of Mexicans doing what he is sayin, theres alot of black people doing the samething. I have 2 of my Mexican boys here with me now and there sick of it as well. So before you open your mouth just relize where he is coing from.
