Well, I rolled off of the outage that I've been working the past 6 weeks, so I had a chance to get the truck out Sunday & take it for a spin, while I was at it I managed to talk my mom into snapping a decent pic of the truck & thought I'd add it to the collection...

I wouldn't mind it sittin a little lower front & rear, but any lower & if I turn full lock on the steering it would rub the front fenders....always the option of smaller wheels to get it closer to mo-earth, or go all out & redo the whole suspension....either way involves more money that I'd rather spend on paint & a bed cover!

kool, I especially like one of the participants names on the photo, Deb Mullet....lol haha!!
I posted one of the computer gen'd dyno runs on page 4, but it was figured with 10.5:1 comp, not the 9.8: that I ended up with, no advance on the timing, and with a 272 cam not the 262 that I have in it. It will be interesting to see what it pulls on an actual dyno, and what kind of pass I can make at the local drag strip (1/8th mile). Just got to get the idle jetting right, (I ordered some off ebay from a guy in italy [$2.50-3.00 a jet, compared to $6.00+ that the three places that sell them state side] and I have to swing by the post office to pick them up this afternoon....) and want to have my other intake tig'd up, so when I go to dyno it, I can do pulls with both intakes to see which puts out the best #'s....

been workin out of town, so haven't had much chance to check in here at the b'scene, or work on the truck, but did get a min or two last weekend and was able to work on the interior, and put my door panels together and finally got a chance to upload them tonight. The covers didn't turn out exactly like I planned, but hey my mom did a pretty good job for her first upholstery job....should match the truck's paint scheme when I come across a enough dough for that.....Still lack some on the console, and for some reason my sub amp isn't putting out, gotta figure that one out, and finish buttoning up the console....other than that, I need to do something else with the door handle, latch, and window crank, kinda sticks out like a sore thumb....maybe paint'em black, or put some billet ones on, who know's I may get ambitious & make some......
