Just kidding, progress looks good. I can understand your need to lower the motor a bit, especially when you lower the hood 4.5 inches, relatively speaking.

As for this thread - i looked at the daughters truck today and thought to myself "this truck needs a bath".

And then I went into the house and cracked a beer. Enough work for me

I went out to a local junkyard today and snagged a whole nother interior. thhis one has not been cut up. Getting ready to go and start mocking up my gauges and making some cometic changes for the fiberglass work. wish me luck.

Thanks man, I'm hoping it will work well once the engine is back together. I'm just trying to keep the oil level as close to stock as I can. I may need to create a new oil pan later but I'll just have to wait and see how well this works.

I'm wondering if some of your oil will get stuck in that little upper lip (the part that is under the baffle) on your oil pan. You might want to make it flatter instead of having a full notch like that.
