go to the wreckers and grab one, or it could me master cylinder, or it might be the wheel bearing is to tight or have no grease and once it heats up it locks up

I was told the wheel bearing by a guy at napa. but i dont see it being that because when you open the bleeder and pull the caliper the rotor turns no problem.. and its got a new MC. maybe faulty?

I think that I read somewhere that these porp valves (or any for that matter) can go bad if there is a slight restriction anywhere in the system. Try taking it out and giving it a good cleaning, then reinstall, bleed, etc etc etc. I don't think that only one brake would seize up if the whole valve were off though, but I'm by no means a brake expert.

EDIT: found this on another forum where a guy thought that it was his porp valve. Turns out it was something else. makes for a good read:

Update.... It is all of them.. just went out and let it warm up and all the brakes are locking.. not full lock just restricted...

That's scary man. It sounds like it could be the brake booster

Yea thats what the mazda dealer said when i called em.. but i didnt think the booster would cause the brakes to lock up.. just to lose power brakes. maybe its just the booster rod. hrmmm. also, i went to the pick n pull today and they had a good b2200 there but it must have had abs or sumthin. the proportioner was different, do you think i could still use the booster off of that? and kinda off topic, but how do you remove the rear window? lol its got a single rear and i want it. lol

For the rear window I would start a new thread because this one is more about brakes lol

I checked the manual and it said a bad brake booster could cause the problem you are having.
