The pearls I get at my welding supply house are of a much higher quality than the ones that I sell at Depot, and much better quality than HF wheels. With one wheel, I was able to cut a Mazda frame countless times for the construction of my trailer. I used ONE wheel and it was nearly full size when I was done. I stock up on those each visit, (like 2 or 3,) and they are actually CHEAPER than what I sell. Wish I could say the same about pearl flap wheels, lol.

I go through a ton of the 4 and 4.5 cut off wheels both at home and at work. If you use them right I think they are just as good or better then any other brand. I have a 110 welder from them that i got used for free, and i have .23 wire in it and use if for sheet metal only it works ok. i have an older model bandsaw and it works good the new model my dad has and its so so, I refuse to buy hand tools from there, pretty much all of the tools at work are snapon mac and matco. i only have snap on ratchets i have never busted my knuckles with one of them, If i was closer i may have more stuff from them but the closest one is 45 miles away.
