Ac works just not cold,my compressor is leaking oil.I am just going to replace the compressor and drier and switch to r134 being it is still r12.I do not want to stick with the r12 being the hassles to get it,and yeah I could do the test, and so forth but why bother.

Last year I was driving a 1992 F350 4x4 with a 460..... I decided I needed a more fuel saving vehicle. Had to be 4WD, and prefer a Ford, I didn't really like the sideways jumpseat, I found a nice Ranger in my price range about 200 miles away, I drove to go look at it. The Ranger ran good but upon futher inspection there was coolant in the oil. Not real happy....

I got back home and searched craigslist, I then discovered this 1990 Mazda B2600i. It was a 4x4, it had more cab room, and seemed in OK shape. I drove about 2 hours to go look at it.

I wasn't sure because it was a 4 cylinder if it would be powerful enough for what I wanted though...

,talked him down to 900 bucks, it was street legal, but had a fuel and coolant leak, Both were just hoses, An easy fix, drove it to a parts store, changed the hoses and drove it home. It does smoke a little, has 150k on it, but has been a great truck.

A few weeks ago I bought another B2600i for 400 bucks because it was an auto and since mine had been so good, I figured another one would be a good purchase. I do need to change out one broken rod, but no biggie.

My story starts about 5 years ago... I had a 2000 dodge durango RT (biggest lemon I've ever owned...) I had got it as a "gift" from my parents when my dad lost his job and couldn't afford it anymore. It was a good vehicle for the fist 6 mo and then shit started breaking down first I had ign issues (wouldn't start half the time) and then o2 sensors went out and then electric nightmares soon followed. I was almost done "fixing" it when a f4 tornado came though Windsor and did about 8000 worth of body damages to it. Anyway I continued driving it untill a year and a half ago when it finally died (fuel system was fried) and so I was without a car/truck/mode of transportation... I had a 81 mile per day commute so I had to get another ride. My and the wife bought a 99 pontiac sunfire for a grand and we drove that. (she still drives it!) anyways after about a year the sunfire was looking really really tired of being the sole means to get around and so I went on a hunt for new wheels. A chick started working where I work and had a lowered mazda b2000. I really didn't like it much but when she said it was for sale and that she would take payments I couldn't resist. And so after a couple months of paying for it I bought it... Then joined this site and quickly became addicted to mazda minis! I love my truck and how reliable it had been for me.

Sorry for the boring story guys I was bored...
Thanks for the read...

Ever since he got that ive wanted my own. So now i have my truck and ima do that to it. Wish i found an extended cab though.

I had a 91 maxima V6 5Spd all black leather. I wanted another truck so I jumped on CL. I found this guy who would meet me halfway (an hour away). The truck looked great in the pics. And he talked it up. I got there and the clutch felt a little weak but other than that it wasn't bad. Since then I've replace the Clutch (pretty sure it was the stock one with 246K on it), thermostat, thermo housing, belts, valve cover gasket, dizzy oring (still have to again), Plugs, wires, HID's, Muffler, all LED lighting inside and out (except a few gauge lights).

The day I got her:

It was the most truck I could afford when I sold my 96 Toyota Carib to buy a business vehicle, I really should have a brought a van.
Now it's painted, lowered and suffering due to half an engine transplant.... and I still love it!
4 up front, 5 in the middle, 2 out the back!
Apart from better suspension, some ABS, a better gearbox, more power, some AC, what more could you want?
Damn Mazda's... they do silly things to your brain.

Hell my story begins back in high school as a senior four years ago. At the time i had no job no mode of transport cept for my feet and my grandparents and no license. Since graduation was comin up and i was gunna walk with my class my parents where gunna get me a graduation present. I told my dad that i wanted a yota pick up. (Still do to this day lol) well he didnt get me the yota after lots of begging and pleading with him. I didnt know it at the time but he was dealin with my uncle for my cuzs 87 b2600 4x4 se 5. Well a few days later and the selling of a boat here rolls the truck down the road. Thinking its my cuz i think nothing of it. Turns into the driveway turns around and parks. Out steps my dad. I ask him what he is doin with the truck all he does is toss me the keys and says congrats on graduatin here is your present. Ever since then i love that old truck. Even came with a canopy lol. Now she has brand new euro style tailights. Soon to be brand new pacesetter header. New shocks all the way around to come. And a few other things i have planned for it. Including a lift. Just gotta find a suspension lift lol. Oh forgot to mention it also came with two sets of wheels. Hopefully ahe will be drivin again soon as my dd. I miss drivin her. But thats my story. Sorry if i bored you guys. Oh btw what you guys think of $188 out the door with over night shipping on a pacesetter header? Might also get 15% off as well so that will make it $160 somethin out the door with overnight shipping. What y'all think bout price? Yay or nay?

I decided my mission in life at this time is to escape wage slavery, and my best bet would be with a flatbed truck, a camper, and my motorcycle. I did research on vehicles with ridiculously high mpg, and they were all hard to find and pretty old. I came across a diesel B2200 with 110k miles in good shape for $1800 on craigslist. I called over and over till I got through and jumped at the chance to go see it. He said he got lots of calls and he even lowered the price. The diesel version is very rare and I think wasn't even sold in the states. I snagged it, amazed a little truck could get 40+mpg. Plus I have plans to run it on biodiesel. Fast forward to now, I haven't driven her in 4 months, had what I thought was a serious electrical issue and last week I figured out it was just the hood touching the battery contacts - after a lot of learning and poking around and tests, failures, burning wires. Rode my motorcycle through pouring rain and near freezing temps all winter.. sheesh haha damn wires. I'm getting kicked out in a month so it's up to me to fix up my truck n camper and spread my wings and fly. I trust this truck and I will do whatever it takes to keep her running strong =] I love this community because it is so helpful.

I know she's pretty ugly right now haha. I'm gonna weld the camper to fit the flatbed, paint it all black. I finally got the trailer wiring figured out and I'm gonna post a how to for wiring a trailer/camper harness.
