wow it really sounds like Illinois is a bad state when it comes to children rights.

alot of states seem that way. they are more geared towards the mothers unless they have just completely messed up their rights. its so sad to see this happening to good people. keep your head up bro dont let it discourage you from putting up a fight. it will pay off eventually.

thanks man... im not giveing up, all tho i did have a break down at work last nite, shes not going to get the best of me...
tryed again to see if she is going to let me get my visitstion this time..tryed text and calling no reply..looks like she is going to break order again...damn i hate her right now..but i got to let dcfs do there thing and see if the detecive can come up with why ILL. droped my case without doing anything...

oh ya ..yes i have an SVU looking in to my case and helping me so fingers crossed

update.... ILL. has closed the case on me with no findings ( of course) tenn is taking over the investgation,i have a home visit tomarrow at 8:30am,seem to be a good thing..maybe things are starting to work out

welp had the home visit..everything is good, she liked that we had sumers own room and that we do not have anything in our past that cold keep sumer from us,and that my family is here in town as well, she even asked why i havnt gone up and just got sumer on my days yet, i told her i didnt know if i would get in trouble...now that she has said that i am so going up there and getting her this weekend..she said to call the D.A.'s office in ill. but they said they dont handle things like that and i have to reopen the filing that is being broke...i.e. the divorce papers..oh well..its a step in the right so heres to tomarrow

congrats dude. be careful just going to get her. may cause a scene.
