ok..all cases on me have been closed with "no findings" im clear to file on her now, i have a lawyer im going to talk to on the 19th to see if he can do this for me..he knows of and hates the lawyer she HAD, she no longer has a lawyer at this time..lol..the lawyer im going to talk says he will need the money up front but not sure how much yet

well guys, i found a lawyer i like and im going to get the money together so i can get him started on things,found out i have a time line thought...theres a law that if there is no contact in 6 months then it is legal for her to have the new husband adopt sumer with out me having to sign anything...i have 2 and a half months left of the 6 months...

That is weak, there hasn't even been a lack of attempted contact either. Do what ya can bro, it'll all work out in the end

Ok guys...I got the first good news in a long time...I got a lawyer... she is going g to help and she looked over my paper work and was shocked be how much I got screwed...she does things like this case more then anyone else I've talked with, so Ashe seems like a realty good thing
