fighting for my little sumerbug

ok guys its been aong times since i posted in this one so i got some making up...ok my lawyer is the shit...she is finding all kinds of things wrong in wat my ex has said and done and is pushing really hard.....i now get to see sumer for an hour every saturday...i am videoing the visit's and letting my lawyer have it soon...sumer said that "mommy" tells her to say "dad" does bad things to her and that she wants to stay with us (me and my wife) because we dont hurt her

Ya...well things are still getting better...each visit I get now she is happy and loves being with me...I record the visit on my camcorder just in case..and its a good thing i did this...she has flat out said that "mommy" makes her say the bad things about daddy and that she don't like to say them...so now I'm trying to get VHS to DVD so I can get it to my lawyer..lol

Ok guys..I know I haven't been on in a long time but... huge update........I won this fight...I got her back...im back on the first visitation plan...I get her again on everyother weekend...on to push for a real visitation plan....
