I exchanged oil filters from the Thanksgiving sale deals at Pep Boys, as they were out of filters for B2200 and Nissan Frontiers by time I got there. Then I went to Harbor Freight, returned the miter saw stand Mrs. Cusser bought me, the miter saw will do real fine on my B&D Workmate bench. I also picked up a hammer drill for about $25 (after 20% off coupon) as I do need one at times for concrete and block drilling.

Then I stopped at Home Depot to pick up some roofing repair supplies, and also picked up two Husky 12-drawer wall-mount cabinets to use as drawers for the computer desk (purchased for $4 at garage sale, the drawer units cost $20 each). So after lunch I get real friendly with Mr. Roof.

And Mrs. Cusser's Yukon passed emissions test (really an OBD2 test for $20), so good for 2 years on that.

I'm pulling the rear end out of my truck tonight and putting the narrowed explorer 8.8 in there. Can't stay up too late the wife works tomorrow and I'm on kiddo duty in the morning

Pulled the RX7 rad out of my truck, got an all aluminum RX7 dual flow crossflow rad (I think, flows from the top right, to the left tank, then back to the lower right), its only a dual core, but the darn thing is at least 2" thick in the core. I am going to make new brackets, and tilt my rad downward slightly to give me room to mount the oil cooler below the bumper instead of where I have it now above the bumper. Should give adequate cooling, and not leak like my other one was. I may toss in a set of 550cc fuel injectors in my secondary injectors to see if it does anything also while I have it in the garage.

Well I got it installed, mounted my oil cooler as low as I could get it, which required angling the rad. Took awhile to make the brackets, and the lower rad hose had some angle incompatibilities, so I took the easy and ugly way for now lol. Ignore my rusty bumper and licence plates bolted behind the bumper in front of the oil cooler, I have a chrome grille and bumper to go on the truck in the spring time, and the license plates are my lower winter-front and salt stopper lol.

Recovering... wonders of modern medicine. Wear out the parts and they just put new ones in.
