I installed these drilled/slotted rotors, with ceramic pads, on "Dorothy", my grey truck, today.
It took awhile as I wanted to be sure to re-pack the bearings, but I coulda done a better clean-up of the internal hub. I cleaned the external good, so as the rotors would mount flush and not wobble on rust and road debris caught betwixt the two, but I just kinda re-packed 'em with grease and re-assembled.
Pretty sad that it took me ALL DAY, to replace only the front brakes. Sucks getting old and having pain all the time.
These work really well, and at a great price, .I also re-painted the inside of the front wheels. I hope the new ceramics will keep the crap off my wheels!
