I guess it all depends on size of your town. I would just call the city hall and let them decide who you need to talk to.

that sucks that happened but yeah, definitely get ahold of the city and try to get them to pay for it. ive heard of people bendin 22's with low pros and the city still replaced it. my friend rolled and totaled a truck from a washout in the road before and the truck was paid for by them but thats a little more serious.

Damn bro sorry to hear about your luck. Keep you head up and deffinetly go to the city hall. Don't be all prickish either. Remember your yes sir and yes mam's. You win more bees with honey. They have had several like that in Jackson and the city has replaced a LOT of different wheels. It all depends on how nice you are when you complain. If this is your only transportation they may even be more likely to speed up the process.

city doesnt usually cover alterations such as after market wheels and tires because if it was a stock application the damage would not have happened......you can give it a shot tho
