block off plate for egr valve that i made

yeah i know what you mean i will find out next week i am going to pic up a gasket and make me a block off i will let you guys know how it turns out my truck was cutting out and wanting to die after i drove it for about 30 min or so and i have changed plugs wires pick up coil moduial coil on the rad suport fuel pump had the carb rebuilt and new fuel filter new fuel sending unit but i havent got to drive it much sfter the carb rebuild so my be that was what it was sorry for the spelling later chris

I just cut a plate out of 1/4" aluminum for mine.

do you have a weber or a stock carb i am wanting to know what it will do with a stock carb

my b2200 was missing at idle and lurching running down the road i found out the egr was bad so i replaced the gasket with a cut up soda can and pluged the vacuum line that runs into the egr valve it runs great no more missing no more lurching im running the stock carb

Thanks! Just blocked mine off and it fixed my miss at idle, lurching and my stalling issues.

fwiw, I totally removed the egr system on my stock setup. block off plates and all. worked fine!
