my webber instal instructrions 32/36 that is says no more than 3psi. 1.5-2.0 is recommended. the stock manual pump on a b2200 will put out 3-4.5psi. I've guage it as well and that is what it runs at. A cheap reg can bring it down but you don't need to worry about leaks at that pressure. The only place you are going to feel anything is when you hit it hard she'll bog a little.

here is a link from aeromotive;

it has some basic setups, with line sizes, depending on what cell,
pump, filters, & regulator (if needed) you have, you will need different
fittings, and line, these are just some depictions.

they make all kinda stuff for your fuel system. i'm going to run a jaz prostreet fuel cell with universal sending unit, an aeromotive fuel pump, two of their fuel filters (one inbetween cell and pump, one between pump and reg.) and their universal by-pass regulator.

hope this helps!
