that is kinda what i was thinking also...either a choke problem, or floats sticking. if there is a lake of fuel, then the carb is flooding, so you shouldn't have an issue of not getting fuel....& pouring more down the carb won't help if its flooded.......spray down the carb with cleaner & maybe it will unstick the choke...if it doesn't run better i'd check the float level.....

Fixed it The stupid owner before decided not to take off the old fuel pump spacers so the fuel pump arm was not getting pushed down all the time due to metal shrinking and expanding (heat cold) so i took off hte extra spacer and problem sovled. All this work for a dam piece of plastic
