Is it possible, what motor would you use, i think we all know our trucks slide pretty good when u takin a corner too fast and spend all ur money on those 7" lcd's and didint buy tires...... . but what motor and mods would you need

LOL, why would you want to do this to a b-series? All the time and money doing this could easily be spent on an old corolla with a 5spd!

You would definitely need a good powerplant setup, definitely an lsd setup, some worthwhile suspension to keep the tires on the ground, and if you could switch the e-brake to a lever type that would be nice!

But, I would rather pick up a Corolla for $500-$1000 and just drift it!

Good luck!

Hell - just drop in a 3.8 or a 4.3 and let er rip an older 4.3 with a 5 speed - 160 hp carbbed. 190-200 newer F I vortec.

Oh I don't doubt that it can be done to a B-Series, I jsut don't know why you would waste your money into something like that when you could just get a RWD Corolla, RX-7, etc....

But my dad always told me; "To each his own"

That D50 is pretty tough, I wouldn't mind having one to get sideways in!

my setup is actually going to be done with the sole intention of drifting. im going with the belltech monoleaf 3" drop with 2" blocks weilded to the axel, rock solid shocks, rx7 turbo II with a t3/t4 hybrid, spearco intercooler, streetporting, exhast(of course) and the other obvious components. i think itll be pretty sick. im also going to get the e brake from my flooded rx7 and do a floor mount on the b rigged for drift, no button. let me know what you think

Seems like a nice setup to me! My '88 T2 showed a huge improvement after I had the streetporting done, lightweight rotors, turbo injectors, high-flow cat, and a GReddy FMI!

My buddy has a 240SX KA-T and he has a spin turn knob on his e-brake that allows him to bypass the e-brake locking mechanism instantly and allows you to pull the e-brake without having to keep the thumb on the button! Its GREAT!

Well, good luck!

shitt prolly any 5 speed motor with 160+ whp would work fine, and a forced induction motor would be even better

but this is just pimp daddy rb26 action
