I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue with their B2000. This only happens on certain days for some reason. When I take it out of gear and start to brake the RPM's just drop and will stall the motor out if I dont hit the gas pedal before it cuts off completely. If I pull it out of gear and ease to a stop very slowly I can get it not to stall, but a normal or hard stop is almost certain to stall. The next day it will drive fine, shits got me stumped.
I had a similar issue, changed cap rotor plugs and wires even coil and nada. The carb was outa wack, if you have a dwell meter you can check it, you could be running super lean, I was.
i have same problem also changed my cap/rotor/plugs/wires/timings good/tried with a holley & a weber carb and the dawg just loves to sleep...got it stored up but after i finish with the interior i got to get back on the troubleshooting because this one is really making me scratch my head... one min its rich the next its lean
