I found a driveshaft for my truck, the driveshaft is out of the same exact model/year truck as mine, my question is would I still need to get this new driveshaft balance even if it was out of the same year/model as my truck.

as long as it is a factory shaft that is untouched, and you don't see any spots on the shaft where it looks like a balancing weight used to be stuck on there, then you're good to go.

being a kid in highschool and a part time scrapping $115 a week, and ur truck starts getting shitty gas mileage, and having shit like this set you back $85 at a time starts to add up, blowing 4 bags, 2 tires, driveshaft, i think its time to get shit done right.

after farm fest im gonna get a new shaft for my dawg I also have as mullet put it so nicely the death wobble. That and all 4 rims are square :LOL:
damn alloy wheels and road construction.
