see how his wishbone is you could do that so your gas tank could stay in the stock location but you could raise it

seths truck is nice i love it cause its old school and i like his overall design, ove welded on top of my pumpkin before you just cant do it excessivly for long periods of time or it will lock ur gears up and such

depends on the pumpkin notice how its all one peice from the diff to the axles... not like an s10 rear...

its fine in that case.

our mazda has that rear end. same dana style rear end.

the only cast part in our rear ends is the front part.

you can weld on cast, just need the right filler metal and the right welder. typically a powerful welder, big jobs will use plasma welders to weld on cast.
