lol let this be a lesson. My truck was already lowered approximately 3-4" in the front with 195/60's. Well I got my new bj's today and got them in, bolted everything back together and set the truck down. This is the way it looks Both sides actually sat on the tires!
ROFL! Barely got the jack out from underneath!
Well so I was like "cool now I can raise my torsions back up some like I want and get more suspension travel in my shocks." So I turned one side, driver's, up about 7 rounds. Went to the other side and began turning it. Got it about 2 rounds and then it kinda made a slight pop sound, and I could see that some of the threads actually slipped. I was like "oh crap".
I tried a few different things but nothing worked. I now can't raise the pass side up, therefor I can't drive the truck till I get 1. a new bolt, or 2. put the pathfinders on the front. The problem with option 2 is I am really really LOW lol. I love seeing it tucked like it is, but I am like 1", or less, off the ground, hence the pics below:
Driver's side, cranked back up 7 rounds:
Pass side, slipped:
I have the driver's side about 1/2" off the tire, but the pass side fender is sitting on the tire.
