i appreciate it..... i got my tank mounted onto my frame tonight as well as welded some angle iron to make a mount for my 2 viair 380 compressors. i will be rewiring it tomorrow so i can have air again as well as getting my alternator back.... it sucks cause my 88 b2200 alt pushed 60amps and was 99 for a rebuilt....the 90 was 129.00 rebuilt and pushed 55amps....lol i would love to find a relatively inexpensive 1 wire alternator that i can use so i can at least have a radio and run my compressors that wont fry my freaking pussy stock alternator..... any ideas????

can i just run the wire from alt to bat and not run the 2 other plugs??? or will that f something up...(wrong topic but i'm wondering....)

ok figured out the alternator dilemma i was having. i used a 1995 mustang cobra alternator and it works flawlessly. i had to do a little bit of fabrication to make it work but it honestly wasnt more than a 2 hours job from start to finish now that i know what the wiring is. anyways... got my truck cranked up and running for the first time in like 5 months today after the alternator install. i rewired my airride and will have to run a relay for the pressure switch and redo my switches and install either 1 bucket seat or throw in my old stock bench for the time being. i just want to drive the damn thing... i miss it sooooooooooo much....lol now i can drive slammed until i tub the front but oh well... call me a prep cause my ass will be low and my nose to the sky..........lol
i'll post new pics tomorrow

ok i took new pics of the truck running with the bags up.... also ran my "line of fire" led bar (for lights instead of ziptieing my stock lights to the frame.......lol) got everything working but no brake lights... i think im gonna have to diode isolate them to get them to work right... i'll figure it out tomorrow and hopefully get pics of the alternator and such.... i'm going to the store for a drink and when i get back i'll post pics of my progress so far.

DROVE THE TRUCK AROUND ALMOST ALL DAY AND INTO THE NIGHT UNTIL MY DASH LIGHTS STARTED DIMMING.... MY OPTIMA TOOK A POOP ON ME SO ITS BACK OUT OF COMMISSION UNTIL MONDAY WHEN I GO AND PICK UP 2 MORE OPTIMA YELLOWTOPS.
I WAS SOOOOOO HAPPY UNTIL THIS CRAP STARTED......LOL NOW MY NEXT PROJECT IS REMIVING THE BATTERY FROM UP FRONT AND RELOCATING IT (ALONG WITH ANOTHER) TO THE REAR... MOST LIKELY GOING TO MOUNT THEM RIGHT BEHIND THE CAB ON THE FRAME RAILS... ONE ON EACH SIDE.
