22" wheels.....

ok... i got my tires mounted on my rims.......finally... went with 245/30/22 instead of 255/30/22 tires. it tucks in front but it is ever so slightly rubbing the fender edge... i will be rolling my fender edges sometime this week. i am currently posting the pics on myspace... so after they are done i will be sure to post them here for all to see.

nice, I am struggling wit my 20's right now, lol

I am whatchin this as it progresses to see how ya are gonna deal with steering and brake clutcch wiring harnesses that are in the way.

Make sure you document the details it will be a great opprotunity to share the experience with others, I plan on doing a tech when I am completed and have what I consider to be a good example of the work required.

well i pie cut my fender edges on the passenger fender tonight after work and then i rolled them up inside the fender. overall it gained me the space i needed to tuck without rubbing my fenders at all.... now next step is the tub the front.

mazdamandan.... i am going to be removing the entire harness, slave cylinder (going to swap to an auto) and swap the 2.2 for a 302v8. the engine swap is hinging on if someone will get me a brand new weber setup for my truck along with a pacesetter header and i'll swap my 302 and all for it.... if not i'm gonna start removing the stuff i'm not gonna need and get my swap started.

other than that i need to swap my alternator out and charge my battery and hook my bags back up (since i took my bed off) and i'm hoping to atleast drive it this weekend (without the bed and see what happens

I did a ton of cuttin last night I'll post pics later, on my tubbin n dubbin post, the plan is to relocate the wiper motoer harnesses and brake / clutch systems

but i'm at a crossroads of sorts right now.....either swap my 302v8 with c6 tranny and remove all the factory mazda stuff in the engine bay or sell the engine/tranny combo and buy the weber carb/pacesetter header.... i should know by this weekend what exactly i want to do.
