its all very simple. the rear of course, take the u bolts off, make sure when you put the blocks in you get the abngle the right way and seated on the pin, and tighten back down with new bolts. The front is a little different. you can adjust the torsions by turning the bolts counter clockwise. i measured where mine were at before i loosened them, and just did it. i didnt count or anything. make sure you have the front off the ground. then, when you get to where you think you want to be, put the truck on the ground, and measure. if one side is off, then just tighten or loosen the bolts till you get it where you want it. there shouldnt be any reason why you cant still haul around after wards
