removed torsions

OKay the idiots who owned the truck before me had removed them. i have a set and need to know what all is needed to line them back up??? Or is it a trile by error adjust measure adjust thing??

jack truck up to desired height, install bars, install adjustors, set down and there you go

I've been riding without torshon bars and flipped ball joints since about 2005, and this is what my truck looks like, mind you ive got the rear bagged, although since tacoma has such shitty roads im considering putting em back in today to tell the truth lol
