I didnt realize how far the tank came back. If I am going to run bag on bar, it looks like the tank will need to be moved.

Also, whats the concensus on the frame "Z"? I cant seem to find a yes or no on the frame "Z" to save my life.

you can run bag over axle and keep the tank where its at. if you do a forward 4link forget about it. as far as fully laying out, yes the front needs to be z'ed up like an inch or so. do many people do it, heck no. its not as noticeable as yotas are.

Ya, its alot of work for a 1/2". . I Z'd mine 1" in the front but my truck is down to frame right now. . If you drag your truck much, it'll drag that crossmember in half so you gotta watch that. . Or jus deal with the front sittin a lil higher. . Mines bodydropped, so I couldnt have it sittin higher, or the body would never lay flat. .

dam mikey where is your build thread for that .

yes.
slams are good bags. it'll be more work to fit the 7" bag up front than it sounds like your willing to put into it. you can get a 6" bag in there pretty easy, and run the 7" out back

Thats good on "Z"ing the frame, I have seen where people do it, which is what made me wonder. If it was a Yota, I would do it all in the same time. Being 1-1 1/2", I dont think its worth the work, unless its an all out show truck, also something I can do later if I really get the itch.

Good to know on the 7" vs. 6" bags. Would it be an issue to run a 6" bag on the rear? only have to carry one spare bag, not 2.

Gauges, I am going to wait and see about those (may have some free gauges here soon) and that will determine which way I go with those.

Compressors, I dont know. I am trying to do this on a budget, and if possible, saving some space (which is not a requirement by any means). I want to see if I can keep all the air management suff in a small toolbox in the bed, once again, not a requirement.

6" bag in the rear is not a problem either. the 7" will have more available lift with a load on it, as it has a higher weight rating, and more inner surface area, but a 6 will be fine too.

real good answers in this one. do you guys have to take the front wheel wells out to get that drop on the frontend??

Yeah man, how else are the tires gonna fit so far up in those fenders? trailer fenders are used by alot of guys to replace the inner fenders or you can raise the stock ones. (or if you really want to you can rub the hood )
