Find an a/c compressor and convert it. ask dirtracer and his son they have one and you can find them at junk yards . There is a full article here about converting them to air and it would be cheaper then any compressor(thats worth anything)

There is an a/c compressor on the truck, but its locked up. In my local junkyards, I dont think I have ever seen a 2600/D50/MMax to pull a compressor off of, however, I have never had a reason to look at those trucks. I do have a York in the garage that was for another project, but dont know about mounting it or anything like that. I will have to look into the engine driven setup.

Quick question about the z. Do you have to replace any parts when doing it? Mostly like does the steering shaft need to be rerouted or anything? On my burb when I z'd it I had to run some u-joints on the steering shaft to get it around the exhaust or something.
