just look under your truck in the front, you will see these bars that connect to your lower control arm. On the end closest to the rear wheel there is a bolt, in which you loosen it will rotate the arm and lower your truck. Easiest truck to lower in the world.

can you tighten them the opposite way to raise the truck? how many turns can I go and how high will it raise me? I want to through 4" blocks in the back and equal in the front.

Well stock, they are pretty snugged up anyways.. so you will have to re-index them (Turning the torsion bar a few splines) To be able to raise it that much. But you realize these are over spring axles on these trucks, so just flipping your axle from top to bottom should give you the lift your looking for.

how hard is it to flip the axle from top to bottom. Is there a step by step anywhere to do this?

cut off your spring perches from your rear end. move the spring perches from under to over and weld back in. if you really want to raise your truck you might be better off picking up the rear end from a 4wd or just buying a 4wd. i helped rufus look at his torsions on his 4wd when he was putting in his lift... the ideas are the same... but the way mazda put together 2wd suspension compared to 4wd suspension are pretty different. the general idea of the mechanics is the same... just in a different package.

i don't want to do any welding or anything. I will just leave it be for now.
