I had a Sony Anti-skip deck , nevr could get it to skip.
When I was selling them I would slip the deck out of the sound board and shake the hell outa the deck, even banging it against the board lol, never got it to skip, it was a 400.00 deck
I only buy Alpine scince SONY stopped makin that deck.
SQ=ALPINE, IMHKO CDs sound better than most MP3s you can find,
I pretty well only use Sirius radio and it never skips, and I can always depend on it to work flawlessly, and the sound is better than MP3s, I run mine into the Aux port on the deck
Always backstrap yer deck!!
