Set the pinion at ride height. Set the bags layed out. You can set the 4 link any where you want. My first mazda I welded the 4 link to the rear before I even unbolted the leaf springs then adjusted it after that for ride height. If you put 6 inch blocks under the front and rear of the bottom of the frame (under the cab) then all you gotta do is get 6 inch blocks under the tires and it will lay. You will have to drag the front very little on the back sides of the control arms to get the crossmember under the oilpan to sit flat. Then your done.
