quick question on bagging rear

not tryin to cut up my bed only if necessary what would be my options?? the bracket that welds under the axle?? and what do i do for the top? please help

Umm well if you wanna lay frame youll need to run a small wheel like a 15 with a 40 series tire, small in frame notch and bag behind axle. Thats if you dont wanna cut inner fenders out and cut your bed up.

you can run a back bar behind the axle and then make the bag plate run off the back of the axle but most of us must come to the conclusion that the bad must be cut

ok i guess it didnt post my post im running the 205/40/17 tires on escalade wheels and i would cut my bed if i have to to get what i want it to do but right now as my truck sits its mono-leafed with over load leaf and 3 inch blocks i want it to go as low as possible without breaking the bank just a rough estimate is like 500 for the notch/bridge kit/and 4 link kit plus shipping question is is there anyway to lay frame or close to it with how i got my set up in the back now? without running a 4 link??? if i could get away by doing a 8 inch notch or something with my leafs? also now i was looking at the bottom of the bed of my truck and to me it looks like the bottom of the bed would hit first before the frame?? if anyone can help would be greatly appreciated i was originally gonna run what i got in my kit is a air bag over leaf or something but realized it wouldnt let me lay how i want my axle is like a 1inch away from the frame on the trucks own weight i was looking into the bracket that welds under the axle to bag mounts to it and i weld a bar from inside frame rail to frame rail and mount the top bag bracket on that but i still cant go lower that axle hitting frame and the truck is still wayyyyy to high in the rear PLEASE HELP

your frame is gonna hit the ground before your bed. and i dont think you can lay frame at all with leafsprings still on it, simply because they sit lower than the frame themselves. you dont have to do a four-link though. you could do a properly designed two link, or a three link. when im able to get another mazda and build it i plan on doing a three link with bag on bar for the rear

ok like i said not really wanting to lay frame but would be nice and this wouldnt be permanent with leaf springs down the road i would do a 4 link but whats this 2 or 3 link ur talking about never heard of that b4 and how does it work?? thanks

my bed is completely cut out to lay frame on 17's with big tires

if you run 15s with a mild notch and bag behind bar, keep it monod you can lay out, Maddawgs truck was monod for a while with that setup and he layd out pretty much

My old mazda layed on 17'' escalades and the notch was only around 2'' above the stock bedfloor. If its a must that your floor remain flat you need to get creative like raising the bedfloor or flipping your c notches upside down and running lo pro axle tabs.
