Tre5's 87 b2000

Very simple clean set up.

May even consider Z'ing the frame...My Body is back to primer now

Okay welllll...I tried making brackets to make the bags sit straight like a wedge with a bolt hole....But twas no good. I didn't count on the hub, tires, and rims weighing down the lower control arms and throwing off all the measurements I made today..please keep in mind that the "bracket" I made was just get measurements and be a base of what I was going to make..Not what I planned on welding in....

Now if any knows of a simpler, cheaper, safer way of doing this please let me know...

Compress the bag and bring the lower control arm up like it is at full drop. Center the bag without rubbing on anything and go from there.

you think thats the easiest way to go?

I've seen your set up and its pretty nice.

i just don't want to mess with that top bag mount cos the dude that did it welded a lot shit and it would take a lot time to clean it up a re-do it

it's one of those Bought but have to fix type of trucks...haha

Compressing the bag on it's self is an easy and sure way to keep it straight. The bag is ok if it is curved out when lifted, but you want it to sit straight while compressed.

In this picture i have about 10 psi in the bag. I hope this helps.

okay that helps a ton...i've been getting told that if it's angled at lift or ride height then thats bad...

but that makes a lot more sense. because the way it is now fully compressed it almost sits in it self...which im sure is no good with it slightly getting pinched..

I want to do something like Tre5 but have no skills close to that yet.

still try to see what to do for the rear as well. I NEED to get rid of the mono leaf the guy put on there and want to z it slight to put 4 link bars under the frame and maybe do a Bag to bar, rather than over axle, heard it's a better ride

If it's angled its not going to hurt it at all, if anything help it.

Bagged s10s run this all day long, my mazdas front end setup is almost the same.
