std cab bed on ext cab

thats a long bed on an ext cab.

But there is one on SSM, and ext cab with a std cab bed, I just cant find it right now. There is a std cab running the first 4 foot of an ext cab bed on SSM too haha. Looks like an Amigo. I digress.

You dont have to lengthen the frame, it will already be the right length, the ext cab box and the std cab box are roughly the same size. I'm pretty sure the front bed mounts and the rear bed mounts are already in the right spots too.

So the only things you have to do are: move is the axle rearward and lengthen the driveshaft and brake lines. The bed should plop right on and you might get 4 bolts in without changing a thing.

I got a standard cab 4by bed on my extended cab We just sectioned in front of the wheel wells 9 inches and created a super short bed. I ll dig up some pics of the build up

I finally have std cab bed and toyota rear end for the conversion. Soon hopefully will start on the work . Right now saving for my four link, rear bags, and notch. so I can do it all at once and be done with the rear conversion Will updat progress as I go

I have got one of those trucks in my shop right now. Its body dropped to the doors and looks sick as h$$$ layed out but dog do do raised up but i think thats the body drops problem not the beds. We're suicidin the doors and fixing a LOT of body work but as soon as we get update pics on the site i'll let ya'll know. It was an old Pebble Pushers truck out of North Carolina, but they dont have any pics of it either.

thank man I should be gettin the grant bumper here soon and my new wheels in mid july I now have 4x4 front fenders. its up for a face lift this summer you'll have to check it out at slamfest.
